Aerial Gymnastics Expert

Hi! My name is Zlata Zaitseva. I am a World Champion in aerial gymnastics and a professional gymnastics and flexibility coach.

Sport and flexibility have been a big part of my life for many years. Through my experience as a professional athlete and coach, I’ve learned how to train flexibility safely, effectively, and with a focus on strength and control.
